Four Steps

How It Works

From clicking “buy” to walking out with your firearm — here's the whole flow.

1

Pre-register with us

Fill out our transfer form or call the shop. Let us know the seller's name and what you're having shipped so we know to expect it.

2

We email the seller

We email a signed copy of our FFL directly to your seller. Most online stores need this before they'll ship. We handle it — you don't need to chase anything.

3

Seller ships it in

Firearm ships directly to the shop. We log it in the same day it arrives and call you as soon as it's ready for pickup.

4

Pickup + 4473

Bring your ID. We do the 4473, run your NICS check, and hand you your firearm. Usually 20 minutes from walking in to walking out.

Most sellers prefer an FFL emailed directly from dealer to dealer. Send us a message with the seller's name and we'll take care of it.

At Pickup

What to Bring

  • Valid government ID. Kansas driver's license or state ID with your current address. Out-of-state ID plus a utility bill/lease with a Kansas address also works for KS residents.
  • Payment for the $25 fee. Cash or card at pickup. Fee is per firearm, not per package.
  • About 20 minutes. For the 4473, NICS call, and inspection of the firearm in front of you.
  • Honesty on the 4473. Standard federal form — we'll walk you through it.

Questions about eligibility, prohibited persons, or Kansas-specific rules? Call before you buy — we'd rather have a five-minute conversation up front than a problem at pickup.
